ACTIVITIES UPON ARRIVAL
Water transportation provided to the Abiseo River National Park facilities with a guided tour to the Quebrada de Churos (underground water caves), Timon Falls, and the Maquisapa Waterfall.
6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Breakfast provided by the Abiseo Aventura Paradise Lodge.
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
A 3-4 hour hike through virgin jungle to the Cueva de los Franceses (French Caves) OR walk through the Churos Shiringal (a walking path through the River Abiseo National Park) to observe flora and fauna in their natural habitat.
4:00 PM
Return to the Abiseo Aventura Paradise Lodge and continue to the Port of Huicungo. Upon arrival, return to city of Juanjui and then onto Tarapoto via ground transportation (approx. 4-5 hours).
